Born in 1932, he inherited the historical Harry’s Bar from its founder, his father. Today, Arrigo is still a symbolic personality at Harry’s Bar but the business is managed by his son Giuseppe.

The legendary bar is renowned for its Bellini cocktails (originally invented here) and for having been the favourite haunt, since it first opened, of almost every famous personality visiting Venice (including Ernest Hemingway, Orson Welles, Truman Capote, Georges Braque and Peggy Guggenheim).
